Agency induction days can be dull affairs, with round after round of PowerPoint slides and curled-up sandwiches. So when putting together an induction day for 10 Littlewoods marketers, we determined to do something different.
Each team was challenged with devising a fashion brand to market to a different target audience, then despatched with £50 to spend in Otley's finest charity shops. A prego* staff member was assigned as a 'live mannequin' and dressed in whatever fashion wrongnesses was foisted upon them. The teams presented their ideas to prego*s very own cross-dressing Tranny and Susannah, before a winner was selected.
The resulting outfits were striking if nothing else. 'Chavelle' came up with an outfit suited to Britain's peasant underclass, whilst 'Debonair' devised a slinky little number aimed at permatanned GRILFs (mum of MILF). The eventual winner - VIVA - picked up the crown, along with a bottle of Rose Lambrini.
