Rowan jumped ship from the client side at Bon Marche (customer profile: fat, frumpy and fifty) to discover the joys and tribulations of agency life. She rose to the challenge like a terrier taking on an oversized bone, and can often be found haranguing the creative department into submission with a terrifying blend of charm and menace.

When she’s not a work, she likes playing cops and robbers with her PC husband, and often comes into work on a Monday morning with handcuff marks on her wrist (all innocent, apparently).
