Having worked for some big brands including Warburton's, Mamas & Papas and Bon Marche Rowan jumped ship from the client side to discover the joys and tribulations of agency life.
Two years later she's still here, blossoming into a fountain of marketing knowledge (or just hanging around like a really bad smell – delete as appropriate). She's often found haranguing the creative department into submission with a terrifying blend of charm and menace.
When she's not a work, she likes playing cops and robbers with her PC husband and often comes into work on a Monday morning with handcuff marks on her wrist (all innocent, apparently).
